How to Hire

Simple! Browse the website, choose what you would like to hire and when you want it. 

Once you have decided on dates, and any add ons, add it to your basket. If it is your first time hiring from us, you will need to make an account. Submit the order on the site, and then we will be in touch to confirm your order and collect a few details (see the documentation page)

When we have approved the hire, pick it up on the chosen day then return it following the rental.

Hire Time Periods

Your camera will be delivered or available for pickup the day before your start date, and needs to be returned the day after your end date. 


The replacement value for each piece of equipment is shown in the checkout. When we contact you to confirm the hire, we will require payment of a refundable deposit. The percentage value of the deposit required depends on your account tier level with us.

The maximum rental period through the site is 28 days – if you need any longer please get in touch. 

Minimum hire charge

We have a minimum hire charge of £50 + VAT.


Payments can be made by card, or by bank transfer. Once we have confirmed your hire, we will require full payment before any equipment is shipped or collected. Please also note the section on deposits, and ensure you have funds available.

Required documentation

We will require some documentation when you hire from us for the first time. Please see the document requirements page for more details. If you do not provide the documents we will cancel your hire. 

Damages And Replacements

In the event of any damage to any equipment or accessories, we will inform you of the damage and, where possible, an estimated cost for repair or replacement.
Repair costs and any unresolved missing accessories will be deducted from your deposit.
Any loss or damage which exceeds the deposit left will be invoiced for immediate payment.

Failure To Return The Items

It is your responsibility to return the items to us. Items not returned will be charged at 1.5x at the day rate.


We require that you have insurance that covers the full value of any equipment you hire from us. It must specifically cover hired in equipment.

For our drones we also require evidence of sufficient value insurance for the drone in flight as well, which means you will require CAA permissions.


For simplicity, all prices include VAT.

Delivery / Collection

All items are primarily collection only. However, we are flexible – please discuss. We are aiming to have more items available for delivery soon.
